Plant Sale at Asheville’s Peace Gardens & Market
Spring Fling! is our annual celebration of community, culture, and the growing season at Peace Gardens & Market.
At the heart of Spring Fling is our plant sale, featuring healthy, locally grown vegetables, herbs, and flowers cultivated right here in our gardens using open-pollinated and heirloom varieties. The plant kicks off on April 25th and continues daily until we are sold out!
These aren’t just plants—they’re part of a larger ecosystem of care.
Every purchase directly supports:
* Youth stipends and workforce development
* Environmental education in the gardens
* Free produce and CSA deliveries for elders
* The ongoing care of our gardens and public art installations
What to Expect:
Over 200 varieties available! Check out the catalog below for a full list of available plants.
All plants are available on a sliding scale: $5 – $8 per unit, so pay what you can/what you think is fair.
Payments are all made via the honor-system (no cashier!) and there are signs with instructions for how to pay via app (Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Credit Card, Apple Pay) or check/cash (green donation bin located near our turquoise toolshed).
